在競標的階段,玩家必需要依據記憶對手的辣椒顏色種類和猜測對手目的來搶先競得最優勢的行動位置以在採收階段快過對手奪得混種後得到的目標辣椒,而這個目標辣椒又會影响其後的計分或是購買卡以取得另一種稀有辣椒和售賣辣椒賺取金錢,可見是一環扣一環的推理進程。而且更要記得對手目前已經取得的計分卡是多少以避免錯估形勢下錯決定以致分數大幅度落後對手。
